Re: “KOHOKU” is also the roots of KURODA Kanbei, who is renowned as a military commander in the provincial war era 「

Very beautiful days have been continuing here in my hometown area, too. Since I’m an outdoors boy, I can’t help but go outside on such a fine day. When I was puttering about by a bike, I found small historic monument in an old post-station and temple town. The signboard says that here is the place of the earliest ancestor of KURODA family, from whose families, historical heroes such as Kanbei who served for Hideyoshi as an adept tactician and his son, Nagamasa who contributed a lot for Hideyoshi & Ieyasu at Shizugatake & Sekigahara wars and became the domain lord of Fukuoka, emerged.
The name of the small hamlet is KURODA, too.
PS:
On the way of the puttering, I happened to meet young women from Russia, who were climbing the Mt. Shizugatake. (^^♪
