I’m scheduled to attend the couple who are an aunt and uncle of my nieces’ friend. I was asked to do so from that friend in last Nov. We have communicated with each other for more than 30 times in order to maximize their tours around the 2 ancient capitals. I inculded Shisen-do temple and Manshu-in temple, too in the itinerary. I don’t have any memories to visit the old temples before, but I hope the couple will love both of them, since the spots in Higashiyama seem to create an authentic ambience of Kyo and elegant dynastic culture. And the both are usually not so crowded with inbound tourists, I bet.
I heard the days’ weather shall be occasionally raining and cloudy, but I really think walking around the green maple leaves in dripping rain is not bad, either. (I don’t like a hot dry summer day very much.)

姪の友人の叔父叔母夫婦のツアーに同行することになりました。昨年11月にその友人から同行を依頼されたのです。これらの古都を巡る旅を最大限に満喫していただくため、これまで30回以上も連絡を取り合ってきました。詩仙堂と曼殊院も旅程に組み入れました。私はこれまでこれらの古寺を訪れた記憶はありませんが、東山は京の風情と優雅な王朝文化を感じられるスポットと思われるので、ご夫婦にも気に入っていただけることを願っています。どちらもインバウンド観光客でそれほど混雑していないと思います。
当日の天気は時々雨や曇りになるそうですが、雨の中、青もみじの紅葉を眺めながら歩くのも悪くないと思います。（私は、炎天下はあまり好きではないので。）
