Re: Mt. Shizugatake, the Old Battlefield in the Provincial War Period

One of my friends in my old company days posted nice photos of that spot yesterday when he climbed there, though actually using a lift. He said that the view from the summit was spectacular thanks to the perfect weather. I commented him that he should have let me know beforehand about his schedule so I could have guided him around, because the area is within my “territory”.
Being motivated by his words, I, too, dropped by the picturesque place today, after my small business nearby. It was a good and refreshing weather today, too. I have come to the spot at least once a year, especially in this season, but I really thought that I could enjoy the nicest views of Lake Biwa and Yogo, if not perfect so far.
