Re: The Late-blooming Double Cherries are Now in Full Bloom at along the Approach to Ikagu Shrine(伊香具神社参道の八重桜が今見ごろです!)

Since I read the news of the cherries on the local newspaper this morning, I biked to the destination. It was a perfectly fine and brisk day for the blossom viewing today, a bit windy though. It was a weekday today, and the spot is not so famous as the ones in Kyoto or Nara, I was able to appreciate the gorgeous landscape all to myself. Luckey! (*^^)v

今朝、新聞の地方版でこの桜の開花記事を目にしましたので、午後、早速自転車で現地へ行ってみました。今日は、やや風が強かったものの、桜鑑賞にぴったりの爽やかで気持ちの良い天気でした。今日は平日だったことと、京都や奈良ほど有名ではないため、この豪華な景色を独り占めできました。ラッキー!! (*^^)v
