Re: A Diary of “Flustered Days of a Condo Caretaker”

It was a favorable rainy day for me today….. I was able to complete reading the book of “Diary series” this afternoon, which too is filled with a lot of comical but formidable stories. From my experience living at an apartment in various cities, I can consent that the three major troubles for a caretaker of a complex housing are;
1) Parking without permission
2) Pet animals
3) Daily-life noises
The author and his wife had to manage everyday these sort of problems, mediating a conflict between concerned residents. At any rate, I really thought there are necessarily such selfish people anywhere who always claim unreasonable requests to a person who stands in a vulnerable position.
