Since my FITBIT gadget (Alta HR) seems to have become a bit old-fashioned and the wrist band got broken, I decided to buy a new one, a bit sophisticated smart watch. As I’m an “Outdoors Type” and a “Health-consious” boy, I’m fully satisfied to know that the new one has functions to measure 1) walking steps. 2) moving distance, 3)amount of oxigen in the blood, 4)sleeping situation, 5) stress management, 6)frequency of heart, 6)breathing rate and others.
I can’t wait to go out on a fine and brisk day, wearing the tool for keeping myself fit. (Sorry, my walking step today was less than 10,000, since it’s been raining all day long today (^-^; )
