Re: Grass Mowing under the Scorching Sun (炎天下の草刈り)

[In English]

The long rainy season seems to have been over in our district. The mid-summer has come at last! As I’m an outdoor boy, I cannot help but go outside more often than depressing days before. But, what the hell this flaming heat is! Incredible!! When I was doing the grass mowing for out two vegetable gardens, I almost fainted away at the end of the hard job, I’ve tried to get myself into shape, though. Anyway, I was relieved to manage to complete. (^-^;
(I had to make there neat, since we’ll be out of town for half a month from 22nd.)

[In Japanese]

タイトル:炎天下の草刈り

私たちの地区でも長かった梅雨が明けたようです。 ついに真夏がやって来ました! 私は“屋外派”なので、これまでのうっとうしい日々よりも頻繁に外に出ずにはいられません。 しかし、この”灼熱地獄”はどうしたものでしょう! 信じられません!! 家の畑(広口と佐小屋の2箇所)の草刈りをしていたとき、(日ごろ、身体を鍛えている私ですが)2箇所目の終わりの頃には殆ど気を失いそうになりました。 とにかく、なんとか完成できてホッとしました。 (^-^;
(22日から半月ほど家を離れるので、きちんとしておかねばならないのです。)
